    We recommend scheduling your picnic at least 14-21 days in advance to ensure availability. At minimum, we REQUIRE a 7 day notice.

  • Do you have any specials or discounts on picnics?

    Yes, we occasionally offer specials and discounts on our picnics. Please check our website, follow us on social media, or contact us for current promotions.

  • Can I add additional time to my picnic on the same day?

    Yes, you can add additional time to your picnic on the same day, subject to availability. Please contact us to make arrangements.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, and Apple Pay

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit will go toward your booking.

  • When is payment required?

    Full payment is due 3 days prior to the scheduled picnic date.

  • What can I expect after booking my picnic?

    After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your picnic, including the date, time, location, and any special requests you've made. After that, sit back and relax and let us work our magic.

  • Do you offer custom picnic themes?

    Yes, we offer custom picnic themes to suit your preferences. Please let us know your theme ideas, and we'll work with you to create the perfect picnic experience.

  • What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy?

    Sacramento Luxe Picnic does not offer refunds on cancellations of any services offered. We understand personal circumstances may change so we allow users to reschedule a booking. Users who wish to reschedule a booking must give a 7 day notice to Sacramento Luxe Picnic team prior to the scheduled booking. The new rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original booking.

  • What’s the last day I can make changes/updates to my event?

    Changes or updates to your event can be made up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any modifications.

  • What add-ons options does Sac Luxe Picnic offer?

    We offer a variety of add-on options, including additional décor, specialty food items, and entertainment. Please inquire about our add-on options when booking your picnic.

  • What happens if I am running late?

    A late fee will be charged if you are late more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you do not show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, Sacramento Luxe Picnic's team will start clean up and no refunds will be processed. Guests who are between 11-30 minutes late are subject to a $30 late fee.

  • What if I need to leave my picnic early?

    If you need to leave your picnic early, please inform us in advance so a team member can assist you with any necessary arrangements. Refunds/partial refunds are not allowed for leaving early.

  • What’s the damage/loss policy?

    By booking our services, you agree to accept full responsibility for any damage to property or theft of items that occur during the event, and you authorize Sacramento Luxe Picnic to charge the payment method on file for the cost of replacing or repairing the damaged or stolen item(s). The fee for replacement or repair will be determined based on the cost of the damaged or stolen item(s) and any associated expenses incurred by Sacramento Luxe Picnic.

  • What’s the policy for bad weather?

    Rescheduling is allowed for unpredictable and inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions (extreme colds/rain) on the day of your event, we will allow you to reschedule the booking to any future available date within 90 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking to let us know you wish to reschedule.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?

    Yes, a waiver is required to be signed before participating in our picnic services.

  • Do I need a permit?

    Permit requirements vary depending on the location of your picnic. Please check with your local authorities for any permit requirements.

  • Do you provide alcohol? Can I bring alcohol?

    We do not provide alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please drink responsibly and be aware of any rules of alcohol consumption at your destination.

  • Can I bring my own food?

    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food. We also offer catering options if you prefer.

  • Do I need to clean up after the picnic?

    No, our staff will handle the cleanup after your picnic.

  • Can we eat food other than charcuterie on the plates?

    Yes, our plates are suitable for a variety of foods. You are not limited to charcuterie.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pets are generally allowed at outdoor picnic locations, but please check with us beforehand to confirm.

  • Does SacLuxePicnic staff stay during my picnic?

    Our staff will set up your picnic and ensure everything is in order before leaving. If you require staff to stay during your picnic, please let us know, and we can arrange for additional service at an extra cost.
